This class delivers proven tools and techniques for improving interactions with difficult people to result in fewer disagreements, less conflict, and greater satisfaction.

  • Strategies and tactics for influencing the direction of a conversation

  • 4 personality types and how to communicate with them

  • How to manage yourself before, during, and after conflict

  • Practical language, scripts, scenarios

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Joe Serio, Ph.D. is a popular and entertaining trainer who delivers insightful and thought- provoking material. His content is rich in practical, proven techniques for effective communication with a wide variety of personality types.

His communication skills have been honed in a wide variety of settings, including growing up in a large family, driving a taxi in New York, investigating the Russian mafia in Moscow, living in China, and working in government agencies.


TRAINING LOCATION:
Training will be held at the Galveston County Sheriff’s Office Joe Max Taylor Law Enforcement Facility Suite 1500 in the large training room.
