AVAILABLE FORMATS: 5 DAYS

Programs at the ranch are designed to help individuals and teams recharge their batteries while exploring ways to improve their leadership capability and brainstorming solutions to their most challenging problems. In such an ideal setting, participants disconnect from daily work responsibilities to remind themselves what’s possible and inspire each other to reach greater heights.

Below are Ranch programs that have been scheduled. Some of them apply to specific audiences only, but others are open to the public. Click each to learn more and register.

Program Includes:

  • 4-day course & lodging for 4 nights

  • 28 TCOLE credit hours (for Texas attendees)

  • Certificate of completion

  • All meals (dinner on Monday - lunch on Friday)

  • Ranch activities (horseback riding, access to swimming pool, live music)

  • Single-occupancy rooms (no shared rooms)

Event Schedule

Day 1:

  • Arrive at the Mayan Ranch after 1:00 p.m., sign in and get settled in your room.

  • Refreshments from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

  • Dinner begins at 7:00 p.m.

Day 2:

  • Breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

  • Sessions will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a break for lunch.

  • Refreshments from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

  • Dinner begins at 7:00 p.m.

Day 3:

  • Breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

  • Sessions will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a break for lunch.

  • Refreshments from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

  • Dinner begins at 7:00 p.m.

Day 4:

  • Breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

  • Sessions will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a break for lunch and optional horseback riding.

  • Refreshments from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

  • Dinner begins at 7:00 p.m.

Day 5:

  • Breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

  • Sessions will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

  • Lunch is from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.

  • Depart the ranch.
