ABOUT THE AUTHOR
At the height of the Russian Mafia threat, Joe Serio was the only American to work inside the Organized Crime Control Directorate of the Soviet National Police (MVD).
Later, he was the director of the Moscow office of the world's leading business intelligence and corporate investigation firm, Kroll Associates. With access to MVD and KGB files, he investigated the biggest players on the Russian political and financial landscape, discovering deep connections among gangsters, politicians, and businessmen.
What he didn't count on is where those contacts eventually led.
Joe is currently a conference keynote speaker and trainer on leadership and communication, sharing the techniques he used in Russia to gain access to places no American had been before.
